A soft wash is a treatment using a high concentration chemical that will break down the organic growth on all your home's surfaces; Allowing the chemical treatment to do the work allows for a gentle rinse instead of using high pressure rinse which could cause unwanted water intrusion and can potentially damage window seals

A typical "moss removal" will involve scraping or brushing moss from the roof shingles. Roofing manufacturers advise strongly against this method as you will be removing granules (or "gravel") from the roof and causing damage to the integrity of the roof. Our method of simply treating the moss with chemical will eliminate the organic growth without causing damage to the roof itself. Although after applying the treatment, often the moss remains on the roof dead for around 90 days; It will eventually sluff off on its own, thus removing the moss without removing any roof granule material.

*Please note in some cases where moss is severely thick: a second treatment will be needed after the first round has taken it's full effect to kill off the remaining moss
